Just minutes from  Albany and Troy, NY you will find family camping at its best!
We are located 17 miles (about 25 minutes) east of Albany and 13 miles (about 20 minutes) south of Troy on Route 43 between Averill Park and Stephentown, NY.

We are located in a beautiful, quiet country paradise. Follow the tree lined drive to your very own home away from home.  Wake up to the sounds of nature before you stroll down our nature trails; relax by the pool; or just hang out by your camper.
We offer a variety of sites from Pull-Thrus and Back-ins, wooded or sun bathed.  RV and Tent camping, all sites have a fire ring, picnic tables, water and electric.

Additionally, there are many sites that include sewer hook ups. Or, if you want an opportunity to explore camping, but don’t have an RV or tent, come and enjoy our rental cabin.
Our season runs from May 1st to October 15th with a limited number of sites open year round for self contained RV’s.
